To win a planning permission, this seven unit scheme was designed to fit in with the rural nature of the area. Built to resemble a farm stead conversion, the focal point is the traditional looking farm house - surrounded by ‘out buildings’ comprising a range of accommodation - from 2 bed apartments to 5 bed family homes. The council praised the design we came up with for its quality and originality. Alfred Homes developed it beautifully - staying true to the intended design. We are very proud of this one.
