My First project with Alfred Homes. I was given two months to design a scheme for this site in central Winchester. Together, we came up with nineteen homes: twelve apartments and seven townhouses in 2020 - which have since been built and sold. My contemporary take on Georgian elevations, when coupled with considered layouts, made for very desirable real estate.
