As a family project, Wake consulted on various elements of the design contributing to the architecture, materiality and internal layout. Designed by ARK, the house benefits from the best views in Sotogrande. Despite its overall size being above 3000m2, the house’s situation on the site conceals it from the public realm which adds all important privacy. This, in turn, allows for floor to ceiling glazing in all primary rooms so that all occupants can take in the views of the sea.
